Ayse worked eight years (1970-1978) at CENTO (Central Treaty Organization), a political and economic International Organization with member countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Iran and Turkey based in Ankara, Turkey. She traveled extensively in Europe, Mexico and Guatemala, Her international experience working for Cento helped her to understand and appreciate different cultures. She also has Corporate experience working for First Data, a leading Technology and Global Commerce Corporation. What Ayse drew out of her work experiences is that the international business environment nurtures growth, creativity and productivity as long as people are willing to learn and collaborate with each other.
